Smoking Policy
For the health and safety of all I-X Center patrons, smoking inside the building is NOT permitted.

Food and Beverages
No outside food, beverages, coolers or sack lunches are allowed in the facility. Group meal prices and special eating areas are available for groups and must be reserved at least two weeks prior to arrival. For more information call

For Your Protection
Backpacks or large bags are not permitted in the facility. All other handbags and diaper bags are subject to search before entering the facility.

Ride Safety
Height and safety restrictions apply on all rides. In addition, all riders must comply with State of Ohio Rider Responsibility laws.

Tickets
Individual tickets may be purchased at the Box Office on the days of the event. Tickets are non-refundable and resale of tickets on I-X Center property is strictly prohibited. Tickets may be purchased with cash or credit card. No checks accepted.

ATM 
ATMs are located at the park entrance.

Meeting Area
The I-X Center does not have a paging system. Please designate a meeting area and departure time prior to entering the Park.

Ride Information

For your protection each ride is rated for speed, motion and other special features. Restrictions for guests of exceptional size (height and weight) are enforced on certain rides. Guests with disabilities should refer to our Ride Admission Policy available on-site at the Show Office.  Participate responsibly. You should be in good health to ride safely. You know your physical condition and limitations. If you suspect your health could be at risk for any reason or you could aggravate a pre-existing condition of any kind, DO NOT RIDE!

All passenger restraint systems, including lap bars, shoulder harnesses and seatbelts, must be positioned and fastened properly to allow guests to ride. Upon entering the I-X Center, go to the Show Office to obtain a complete listing of all ride height requirements listing all of the physical requirements and limitations for each ride.

Taping and Photographing at the Park

The I-X Indoor Amusement Park permits taping and photographing throughout the Park for personal use ONLY.
