Q: How much does it cost to get in?
A: General Admission is $19; Children under 48" $16; Seniors 60 and over are $9 on Saturday and Sunday and FREE on Monday through Friday; Children 3 and under are FREE. General admission tickets can be purchased in advance at MARC’S and at all Northeast Ohio AAA offices for $16.
Q: Are there group discount rates?
A: Yes. Groups of 15 or more may purchase good any day tickets in advance for $14. Groups of 20 or more at the Show Office.
Q: Does admission include all of the rides?
A: Yes, admission covers the cost of all major rides - you pay one price and ride all day. Other optional special attractions like Fun Houses, mini-golf, and pony rides.
Q: Is there a non-rider fee?
A: There are plenty of attractions and entertainment that a non-rider may participate in, therefore a standard one price charge is applied for riders and non-riders.
Q: Are wheelchairs and strollers available?
A: Yes, we have wheelchairs on a first-come first-served basis at no charge. Sorry, strollers are not available to rent, but you may bring your own.
Q: How many rides are there for small children?
A: We have 30 kiddie-sized rides for the little ones to enjoy.
Q: How much is parking?
A: Parking is $6 and includes the City of Cleveland tax.
Q: Is there transportation to and from the rapid or airport?
A: Taxis are available, but there is not a shuttle service available.
Q: Can we bring in our own food or beverages?
A: Outside food, beverages, coolers, or sack lunches are not allowed in the facility.
Q: Can I use a coupon when I buy my ticket at MARC’S?
A: No coupons can be applied to the sale of your advanced ticket at MARC’S or AAA. ALL tickets at MARC’S and AAA are priced at $16, which is a $3 discount off the general admission of $19.
Q: Can I use a coupon when purchasing a child's ticket?
A: A child's ticket (children under 48) is already discounted at $16; therefore no coupons will be applied when purchasing children's tickets.
Q: Is there an ATM available?
A: Yes, it is located in the front lobby and in the middle of the show by the I-X Center Ferris Wheel.
Q: Can I use a credit card or personal check to purchase tickets?
A: We take VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. Sorry, no personal checks allowed.
Q: Can I use more than one coupon when purchasing tickets at the door?
A: There are no double-discounts allowed while purchasing tickets.
Q: Do you have a paging system?
A: The I-X Center does not have a paging system. Please designate a meeting area and departure time prior to entering the Park.
Q: Can I get my hand-stamped so I can leave and come back later?
A: Yes. You may leave and come back at anytime during your one-day visit as long as you get your hand stamped on the way out.
